Acapulco de Juarez
Acapulco de Juárez, commonly called Acapulco, is a city, municipality and major seaport in the state of Guerrero on the Pacific coast of Mexico, 380 kilometres (240 mi) southwest from Mexico City. The city is the largest in the state. Acapulco is also Mexico's largest beach and balneario resorted city.

Race start:
The Half Marathon and 10Km both start at 06.30am from Parque de la Reina (Queen's Park)
Bib Pick-up
Saturday 4 from 01.00pm to 07.00pm. at the Crowne Plaza Acapulco, Av Costera Miguel Alemán 1803.
CONFIRMATION and ID’s REQUIRED at Packet Pickup. Runners who do not collect their race packs will not be refunded whatever the reason. If you are unable to collect your race pack a third pereson can collect it on your behalf with a printed letter of authorisation (including both individual's ID numbers). THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION OR PACKET PICK UP.
Water points
Participants will have water and isotonic beverages at every 2.5K.
Medical service in the 5K, 10K, 15K and Finish.
Gear Check
There is a free gear location between the start and finish lines. You can leave a bag and take it back after the race, by presenting your bib number. Please don’t leave valuable or irreplaceable items in your bag, and avoid bringing items that may easily fall out of your bag. The Acapulco Half Marathon Organisation will be not responsible for lost or missing items.

The event
- 1Cancellations
Each entry is considered as non transferable and final and implies full acceptance of the rules. There will be no refunds or transfers (giving your entry to another person), no exceptions (even if the race is cancelled in the event of bad weather or circumstances beyond our control). - 2Conditions to participate
The Half Marathon or 10Km are a races open to every participant with 18 y.o. by November 5, 2017.
The participants will ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS and aspects of an Event and they understand that running, walking and other portions of a running event are inherently dangerous. Every participant is responsible and will run under his own risk.
The registration is strict personal and intransmissible. It will not be able to modify the date of birth nor to give the bib to another competitor or to fold it, under risk to be disqualified - 3Medical assistance.
Medical assistance will be available at the start, en route and at the finish. It is imperative that runners complete their correct medical information on their entry. Should you require hospital treatment, you will be charged according to the hospital tariff rate.
